Garbage pick-up is on Monday; please do not put your garbage at the curb before Sunday night.
Recycle pick-up is on Monday; please do not put your recycle bin at the curb before Sunday night.
Yard waste pick-up is on Tuesday; please do not put your yard waste at the curb before Monday night.

Jacksonville city services are available by calling 630-CITY or http://ecare.coj.net/. You can reach every city agency through this single website.
To report a street light out call 630-CITY and give them the number on the yellow lable from the light post.
To use the recreation facilities you must have a key. If you did not obtain a key and wristband at the closing of your home please call our management company Sterling Management at 904-733-3334. The fee for ordering a new key is $25.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGE NEW CONTACT INFORMATION
If you have a street light power outage, please contact JEA at 665-6000. The city pays JEA a monthly fee to power and maintain the street lights on public rights of way. JEA gets the fee whether the light is operational or not, so it behooves us to report it when the light burns out. An alternate method is to go to the following link: http://www.jea.com/report/street.asp. This link is helpful because it identifies where to find the pole number, which is required in order to report the outage. It usually takes JEA less than 5 working days to replace the bulb.
